Rainbows and sunshine in Cantr

I was going to post this in the Suggestions forum but it wasn't a serious suggestion.

I just wanted to fill the top posts with a positive post.

How cool would it be if there was a weather event "A rainbow appears!"? And forces you to roleplay happy characters for one day.

Ooh, I remember this happening once though! I think it was when they first added weather events. My character Rebecca Calam(ity) wrote about it, calling it a "colorbeam" or something.
