Is this still a thing? Lol. I'm in Ohio. Lol.

I just had a memory of somebody probably long gone.

I was eating at a place with my wife and one of the special dishes offered was macron sandwiches with some kind of wonderful type of creme filling.

If you have read this... I thought of you.

If I had a mat, I might give these a try someday soon, though baking was never my expertise, I would give it a try. We have the almond flour and egg whites can come fresh from a local farm...or I can just eat MIL's divinity this Christmas.... its not the real thing, but sometimes you can't choose.
Its not even Halloween and the Christmas decorations are going up...though less and less as brick and mortar stores die.
But these little cookies will always have your name on them.

I should have ordered two.
