Hi! The activity, the people, places.
Cantr has always had slow days, but right now I know of at least 5 sleeping characters that have been sleeping 2 to 3 years . Letting them go is hard.. to feed or not to feed?
The places that were once so active. Now dead and gone. 10, 20, 30 buildings... all stand empty.
There are no clans or groups anymore that I have seen.
I'm not saying I am going to quit because of it, but still sad to see.

The weapon logistics make me sad. I feel like I can't be both creative and practical and a lot of flavour is lost because of the skillweight/attack power system. There's over 35 different kinds of weapon in the game but people only ever want a battleaxe or a crossbow.

Yeah, I get that. I tend to take it as a challenge. But you're right, it takes numbers to make a difference with that. It makes you wonder if there is some kind of OOC way that players can be rewarded for risk-taking or just activity in general...

The "RP Praise!"-thread is still there.
Something like that, based on more objective criteria, would be possible.
'Character of the year' (published some time later for 4-day-rule reasons)???
I think ...

I'm a returning player and I see what Sunni means... but Rocket Frog! Seriously?
I suggest all the old players sitting around doing nothing with lots of resources and experience start to mentor new players and get things going. What's the point of sitting on all the stuff when a new player needs a bone knife to survive.
If the bosses in the towns cannot be active, then they need to appoint assistants to do the jobs and sit back watching. Give up the keys!

That's something that can only be solved IG sadly, and it's up to the players to find the way for just that. Personally... I'm on my own few projects that may or may not be related with just this. - Guess we will find it out!!

Very much agreed.
Lately I've mostly been annoyed about the difference in wound interpretation. For some chars 40% hurt means a broken leg, for others it means bleeding all over the place, for others it means just a scratch or bruise.
Well, just like in real life, there are different levels of pain tolerance , some people bleed like a stuck pig from a simple paper cut. Some will be devastated by said paper cut and others will ignore it.

The recent technological advance has sparked activities across the continents.
And I see at least one very well organized community thriving. I accidentally found out that the leader is played by one who has also played other leading characters that took part in forming the history... Good leading chars can bring life to sleeping towns. We need more of them.

Amount people who just sit there sleeping (yet logging as account would timeout otherwise) is amazing to me. Wonder why people do that?
