Why is it, that of all the rules not followed, it's this one, the clearest one, that is rail-roaded right over.

Proceedings before a sanction - None.
- Communication - None.
- Discussion - None.
- The job of Players Department and forum moderators is to assist players to interpret the rules - Didn't happen, even as the player asked for clarifications and offered information to prevent problems.

Not speaking of any case in particular, but more then a few instances, where the same ballet play out. Instant punishment, no previous communication or guidance. Even by the rules, few as they are, this comes across as unacceptably poor behaviour.

So, once again. Those rule clarifications, how are they coming along?
